 Aqua Fitness

    Aqua Pump and Aqua Core  challenges our clients.  Aqua Core is a duration of 30 minutes and works the core muscles.  Both classes are  low in impact.  People who are unable to swim will still burn calories and sculpt their bodies. Swimming skills aren't necessary!

Aquatic Exercises are great for people with injuries or ailments that make land-based exercises uncomfortable. People with joint injuries or arthritis can perform sports conditioning in a pool setting with little or no pain.  This is due to  the buoyancy of the water.
