Personal Training 

Betsy will work with you to identify your fitness goals.  She will find out what activities you like to do and incorporate them into your program.  Personal Training sessions usually last one hour.  A session may include:



  • Stretching
  • Warm Up/Cool Down
  • Aquatics
  • Suspension Training (TRX)
  • Kettlebells
  • Weight Training
  • Body Weight Exercises
  • Yoga
  • Cardiorespiratory Training
  • Other as determined by client and trainer
